At Wemiyo, every piece is specially made with custom UV printing or laser engraving. Because of this, all personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable once your order is confirmed. Please double-check names, designs, and details before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess and may arrange a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Non-customised products (if offered) may be returned within 7 days in original condition and packaging.
