   • Full payment is required at checkout for all online orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   • Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

   • Delivery timelines vary based on product type and courier services.

   • Wemiyo is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

4. Returns & Refunds

   • Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

   • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof for review.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

   • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid only for purchases on Wemiyo products.

   • Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

   • All designs, logos, and content on our site remain the property of Wemiyo.

   • Customers must have the rights to use any images or text they submit for printing.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • Wemiyo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
