   • All customised products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch.

2. Delivery Methods

   • Local Singapore deliveries are fulfilled via standard couriers.

   • Self-collection is available by appointment at our studio.

3. Delivery Times

   • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

   • Express delivery (if available): 1–2 working days.

4. Shipping Fees

   • Fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery method and location.

   • Free local delivery may apply during promotions.

5. Delays & Liability

   • Wemiyo is not liable for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries.

   • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order.
